1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SignEmUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignEmUp is a family scheduling and camp discovery platform operated by Harrow Studio LLC. The Service includes the web application at signemup.app, the mobile application, and related cloud services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are a parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you add to the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You may invite other family members to your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring invitees are authorized caregivers of the children in your family workspace.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious camp URLs or content.
• Harass or abuse other users via feedback or any other feature.
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (events, feedback, camp submissions). By submitting content to SignEmUp, you grant Harrow Studio LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Feedback and feature requests you submit may be visible to other authenticated users.

7. Family Data Sharing

When you invite members to your family workspace, they gain access to all children, events, camp statuses, and scheduling data within that workspace. You are responsible for only inviting trusted individuals (parents, guardians, or authorized caregivers), understanding that invited members can view and modify family data, and managing workspace membership.

8. Camp Information Disclaimer

Camp listings in SignEmUp are aggregated from third-party sources including public websites, APIs, and user submissions. Camp information may not be accurate, complete, or current.

SignEmUp and Harrow Studio LLC are not responsible for camp quality, safety, or supervision; accuracy of camp dates, pricing, age ranges, or descriptions; camp availability or registration status; or any experience, injury, or loss related to camps discovered through the Service.

Always verify camp details directly with the camp provider before registering.

9. Intellectual Property

The SignEmUp name, logo, design system, and underlying code are the property of Harrow Studio LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Payment Terms

The Service is currently provided free of charge. When paid features or subscriptions are introduced, separate payment terms will be published. You will be notified in advance of any charges, and no charges will be applied without your explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrow Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Harrow Studio LLC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harrow Studio LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

• By you: you may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing support@signemup.app.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
• Effect: upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy's data retention and deletion provisions.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@signemup.app.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify users via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
